Are you a Junior or Senior level college student with a major in Accounting? Are you ready to gain professional experience?
As an accounting intern with Richter Healthcare Consultants, you will gain experience working with our teams. Interns will participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions. Internships with us will provide practical experience with software packages used for billing and accounting within the post-acute healthcare sector.

Requirements include:
- Junior or Senior year Accounting student at local college or university
- Availability to work 20 hours per week
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Duties include:
The Accounting Intern will be exposed to all facets of our services to the LTC sector including:
- Revenue cycle management
- Accounting services
This will include working alongside team members assigned to specific client accounts, learning the process for review of monthly revenue for individual health care facilities, submission of claims to payers, Accounts Payable, Reconciliation of Accounts and month end accounting processes.
We provide a paid stipend.
